      Question I Know that vitamin B6 Can get you really vivid dreams, but is there anyhting else? does B12 help?

      please answer this. i wanna know what supplements or even food items are good for getting vividness, so i can try different things.

      monoatomic gold, from wat i hear its good also check out dreamamins.com i got a bottle of lucid dreamer coming it should be good, also check out blue green algae, dunno how good it is tho, also check out skate liver oil, i heard good things about it even repairs pineal gland from fluoride, when i do get my bottle of lucid dreamer, am gonna take it to doctors to get created alot cheaper

      It's a bit outdated, but supplements I can recommend are: B6, Galantamine + Choline, L-Theanine and 5-HTP.
