Thread: Lucidity via music?

Hi guys,
I don't know if it's here somewhere on the forum (partly because I am bad at searching partly because I am lazy). I would like to ask you about this: Is it possible to "wake lucidity" by using music? It would probbably be something like that Remee thing (same principle) . What I mean is if i put on my headphones before i go sleep with recorded music[sound] (like 4 hours of silence then some silent music will start playing), will it actually project into my dreaming and if it's possible, is there any way to use it as a dream sign for reality check or even "obtain" lucidity like " Oh i know what's going on, that's it I am dreaming" and become lucid?

Has anyone got any experiences with this and if so, would you recommended it for a begginer in Lucid Dreaming (I only had like 1-2 layer 1 lucid dreams some time ago. I had about a one year break).
