      Quick question regarding Vitamin B6 (Pyridoxine Hydrochloride)

      Hey, so I was just wondering if I were to take a tablet from this: Cenovis Magnesium Tab X 200 - ChemistDirect.com.au would this help at all? I heard that Vitamin B6 helps with dream recall and vividness in a lucid dream. Also, I'm only 17 so I assume it would be fine to take one before I sleep tonight?

      If you want to take it for B6, why not buy just that? Sorry, but your doctor should advise you about taking any supplements.

      You can get B6 from your regular food too. Please check out some of the numerous posts about B6 here in Lucid Aids. I'm sure you have some of the food mentioned at home.

      There are so many threads made about B6.. Ermmahgerd so many.. Can we do something like a library of all data and info we have about B6 and just have people go to that?
