      Timer

      Hi at all
I used the name removed timer months ago. And I had success. I reached at the stage in which you "enter the lucid dream". Now after some months I'm trying it again but I have trouble! I don't hear the timer anymore when I fall asleep.
Even when I tune up the volume I don't hear it.

Anyone with same problems? Any solutions?

I used timers some years ago as well. Back then I used a speaker pillow so I was basically having my ear against the speaker so it was impossible to not wake up.
Another way is to go to sleep earlier. Experiment and find a way.
