Penny: So what do you say Sheldon, are we your X-men?
Sheldon: No, the X-men were named for the X in Charles Xavier. Since I am Sheldon Cooper, you will be, my C-men.

Binaural beats can work. But they require stereo headphones and a minor helping of the placebo effect because if you assume they won't work, then they won't.

yeah, binaural beats and assuming it won't work will not really do the trick.. However, it is proven to work, at least by me.. Since I tried listening to binaural beats, My LD occurences increases and I think it's a great help if you're doing the WILD technique

I've personally never experienced anything special using binaural beats. You might be different though, give it a shot and see what happens with you

Binaural Beats work by changing your brains brainwaves to put you in a different state, for instance, of relaxation.

I tried it last night through my stereo and I almost had a lucid dream. I think the only reason I didnt is cuz I confised my self into takining the necessary steps to astral project.
