      Regarding Cow's Milk and Timing of intake

      Hi Guys,
      With Reference to a sticky thread in the Lucid Aids Forum, I have planned to take a glass of milk, twice during the day, the only problem is, the suggestion in the forum says "several hours before sleep" but I don't know how many hours, I have decided to take milk at 4-5 PM and 7-8 PM Everyday (Assuming I go to sleep everyday at 12 AM) so is this alright or is there a more preferred time for milk intake with respect to its impact on Lucid Dreaming?

      I don't think that you can say exact times that apply to everyone. Just go for it and record how it effects you (in your Dream Goal Journey or in a seperate notebook for dreaming progress). You might also want to try different times and see how things change...? Just experiment.
      I would be glad if you post your progress here! Sounds interesting and I might want to try it as well

      Yeah, Benni, I am planning to regulate Milk intake timings as well as Ambient Light levels during sleep, I will post the progress and see how it goes.

      Sounds great, can't wait! Have you also considered music during your sleep or a tape that goes off during your REM phase and repeats some mantras that you have recorded? I have also wondered about it, but never actually attempted to try it out...
