NovaDreamer 2 ?

The NovaDreamer 2 was allegedly meant to release sometime in 2010, yet here we are in late 2013 with no sign of it. After trawling through google I am no closer to finding out what happened to it.
Did it get cancelled?
If so, why?
If not, did the release date get pushed back?
If so, when to?
I've been keeping an eye out for any news of it lately, but all seems to have gone quiet.
Thanks in advance. If anyone knows anything about the NovaDreamer 2, it's the guys here at DV.

They've been using them at the expensive Hawaii retreats LaBerge runs, so they do exist. I think LaBerge has just got a bit complacent, he's probably well off enough to not worry about getting them out on time. Anyway, there's loads of other similar masks out there and a lot of people working on better things too. I got an email from the lucidity institute recently talking about them, sign up to their newsletter, they don't come often but it's the best way to find out. The first NovaDreamer wasnt that great tho, so I wouldn't get too excited.

Thanks for that, I will sign up (to satisfy curiosity rather than anything else - if it was released, I'd bet it would be pretty expensive).
Also, what are said "better things" that "a lot of people" are working on?
