      Sleep Whisperers and Lucid Dreaming

      I saw something on the news about this new thing called Sleep Whisperers, which are apparently videos with people talking softly that put you to sleep and is a potential cure for insomnia. Do you see any practical application for these videos to aid in having lucid dreams? It seems intriguing.
