What's up dreamers excited to join this forum. I've known about lucid dreaming for couple of years now and the idea really intrigued me but after couple failed attempts I thought it was to hard . Recently I reconnected with an old friend of mine and he gave me a bottle of galantamine/ choline .. So now I'm gonna take this further ...I don't smoke ciggaretts or weed anymore which effect your memory and dreams or so they say....and hardly drink alcohol.. It's Friday right now .....to ready my brain for Monday night I will be dieting blueberry/ blackberry s/ black currants/ tuna rich in omega 3s / b6 / melatonin / nuts/ hot tea / cheese / star fruit/ and pomegranate juice till then all known nootropic foods witch help you brain with memory and raw materials for neurotransmitters etc. on Monday I plan to go to the gym as usuall then come home eat blueberrys/ tuna/ cheese/ chamomile tea/ plus take 5-10 mg of melatonin with 100 mg of b-6 and drink neuro sleep which has melatonin / 5 htp / L- thiamine then wake up 5 hours later and 8mg of galantamine- choline 200 pill by life enhancements ..... SO am I doing this the right way and am I missing something should I take anything else with the galantamine pill when I wake up...... Will post results |
