I just got back to lucid dreaming 2 days ago after a break due to health problems. Last night I combined 8 mg Galantamine and 250 mg Choline, taking them at WBTB. I tried to WILD, because I heard that Galantamine could make WILDing easier, but ended up having a sleep paralysis. I wasn't scared or anything, but I just couldn't turn it into a lucid dream and I woke up for real. I tried it again and once again had sleep paralysises, this time with a lot of false awakening. It seemed like every time i tried to move I woke up to a false awakening. After several attempts, I eventually managed to move and get up in a dream. However, the dream didn't last very long, maybe for 10 seconds. I again had a false awakening. This happened repetitively. I entered like 15 short lucid dreams and woke up to 15 false awakenings. It wasn't very fun. It was rather tiring. I tried every stabilization technique. None of them worked. Well at least I know the pills work for me. |

Lucid dreams make your dreams come true!!
Galantamine combined with choline is very effective, if you can get back to sleep. Sometimes though the dreams produced are so interesting that you can forget to get lucid! |

You should cut back to 4 mg rather than 8. |

I tried it again last night. I took the pills after 4 hours of sleep. At first I thought it wouldn't work this time because I couldn't sleep. I tried to WILD with no success. Well I don't know if this can be called WILDing. I don't have a lot of lucid dreams, but when I do this happens. Before I enter a lucid dream everything is black. I don't see any images or hear anything like other WILDers do. However, it feels like my body is sinking into the darkness. When the sensation stops, I'm in a lucid dream. And all of my lucid dreams start in my bedroom. |

I just started using Lucidimine, which has 6 mg of Galantamine, perhaps 8 mg is just a bit too much (as others have stated above). I've had a 50% success rate of Galantamine and Choline while practicing a WILD and think it's a great tool to use. |

Congrats, it still takes focus/awareness/skill/practice to get lucid on galantamine. Yes, you should absolutely develop your practice without supplements and use them as, well, supplements, to your basic practice. Occasional, not every day. Some of my best LDs have come without supplements (and likewise, one of my best LDs was galantamine-aided). |
