..........Camellia Sinensis is the plant which all common teas are based on (white tea, green tea, black tea, etc.)..............

And bias may matter on a subject vulnerable to opinion, but on a factual basis (whether or not a tea includes caffeine) it is pretty rare.....

My point was that an enormous amount of people would not know that.

And with the bias thing I was obviously not talking about tea anymore, just wiki entries in general, as you flamed my wiki rant.

Okay people I've had a small cup of coffee earlier in the evening and now I've just made myself a big mug of coffee and took my 7,5 mg pill of Midazolam (powerfull sleep aid).
I wonder how it will affect my dreaming tonight.

Okay I fell asleep very late again. Around 5 o clock. I had VERY vivid and memorable dreams.
I'm going to repeat this experiment the next time I find it nececairy to take Midazolam to fall asleep.

Well I stopped taking Effexor but continued Xanax and it has improved my dream recall significantly. The last few days I have been experiencing this wierd pulsating feeling in my extremities and my neck and chest area mostly.
I figure this is the high blood pressure side-effect you can get from stopping anti-depressants too quickly. So I have been taking Panadeine because I thought the codeine should help.
So I don't know if the added Codeine has been helping but my dreams are so much better now. The thing is I have also been drinking less coffee so maybe that is a point off for the stimulant & depressant combo. Or for that particular combo anyway.

I find Piriton (drowsy type) relaxes the body lots at bedtime, coffee about 3am -6am and back to bed .keep the brain inactive by letting a song go thru your mind or keep it blank with willpower.

I find Mugwort to be great. Working 4 days in a row so far.
I think it is a depressant and stimulant. That's what it feels like anyway.

Strange. Mugwort never did anything at all for me. I smoked it and drank it's Tea, but to no avail.
What are you doing with it?

Just put it in your pillow case.
I tried smoking it, drinking it, neither worked that great. Smoking did give a VERY subtle change in perception IRL but that's it. Drinking it made my recall MUCH better, I was having a dry spot where I couldn't remember a single dream and it helped me get back on track.
It is a big waste of herb though because you need a fair bit. Like a handful for each cup.
So after that I just put it in a ziplock bag and put it inside my pillow case. Thinking it would have no effect at all. But it is easily the best method. I had very continuous dreams and remembered at least 4 a night. Although my DJ writing had been getting sloppy so I could usually only write down one or two before I forgot the rest. This herb is supposed to last for a few months until you change it over. Not sure though because I haven't had to change it so far. I only have about half a handful in that bag.
I can't really discern if drinking the tea in combo with the pillow case helps.
I also sometimes get one of those candle holder sort of things with the bowl shape on top to put oils in. I just put water and mugwort and that seems to work also.
That was a really bad description so it is basically like this
