Weird! I never had a Lucid Dream before, well, I did have one but it only lasted 6-7 seconds because it instantly turned into a Nightmare! ! Wow! What a way to start Lucid Dreaming |

i had a dream that i looked into a mirror, and what i saw was me but i looked completely different. I had on dress from the 1800's, and my hair was one length, pinned back at the sides and was really long wavy and brown. I felt it was me but my reflection was very weird and resembled nothing the way i look now, but at the same time i recognized myself. Very bizarre. |

I have had a lot of dreams where I look into a mirror, it has become a fun thing with me. I have seen a lot in those mirrors and have to think by what you've seen may be a past life. This is to say that you still see yourself as that person. Thats just a guess though but in some way you felt like that person and in that way were that person. |
Not long ago I looked into the mirror and saw a human-ape creature. If it's a past life, then we either reincarnate in various forms (as some cultures believe) or the evolutionists are correct. |
I had a butchers through some stuff on google, a lot that came up with mirrors in lucids was that they either reflect something thats too fuzzy to see, or they turn the dream into a nightmare. If their showing you what you think of yourself that might be intresting... Im gonna have to look in a mirror in a lucid. |
I have had dreams when I look in a mirror, I don't remember what was in them though... Maybe the mirror just had no reflection, or I simply can't recall. |
I was hairier in the mirror... |
My reflection always tends to be distorted, and usually creepy/sinister in some way. I think part of the issue is that I have now come to associate mirrors with these types of experiences, and so each time I loom into a mirror, the same experience happens again (which only reinforces the association). In reality, I don't see why a dream mirror would be any more "special" as compared to any dream object, but for whatever reason it does seem to be far more reactive and mutable than everything else. |
I had a dream where I looked into a mirror and the person I saw wasn't exactly me. Well, I guess in my dream I recognized the person as myself but when I had woken up and thought about it... it didn't really look like me at all. The reflection looked hispanic (I'm asian), she had black curled hair and dark makeup on. Weird. |
well i haven't looked in a dream mirror yet but i read a thread that some guy saw his and it was an evil really scary evil monster thing that scarred him for more than a week and he couldn't stop thinking about it but ill try it next lucid dream i have and tell you. |

I find that the longer I look at my reflection in the mirror, the weirder it gets. When I just glance at it, everything feels cool. The longer I look, the more I notice how strange the reflection is. Maybe I notice my teeth are messed up. No, my arms are different lengths, too. Wait, why am I covered in otter fur? Are those breasts? It just gets worse and worse the longer I inspect myself. |
Wait, I remember looking into a mirror and it working. It was the night I watched inception. I looked in the mirror and saw my face looked sad, kind of like a depressed person that does an ok time at hiding it, but not perfect. But it was so extended that it seriously screwed up my face. I can notice the smallest things in peoples expressions, and then my mind exaggerates it so extremely. My dream face was created by the scene in the first level of dream, when Leo Decaprio was talking to the architect (forget most of the characters names) about Maul I think, or limbo, and his expression looked agonized. |
I have a thing about dream mirrors and I thought I'd list the things I have seen: |
LOL |
I've never looked in a mirror lucid, but in non-lucids I usually see a normal looking person, who I know is me, even though they don't look like I do IRL. Doesn't happen too often, but it isn't as freaky as I guess it can be for a lot of people. Not like looking into a mirror while tripping on shrooms, that scared me a lot more than dream mirrors do. |
I dreamed once I looked like a vampire in the mirror. Red and black old fashioned clothing, epic white colored hair, red and white pupils, and a hanky stuffed in my pocket with an emblem of a rose. I remember thinking, wow, I'd love to look like that in real life...real life, whaa? BAM lucid dream. XD |

The crimson blood shimmers on the snow,
The shattered heart weeps of hidden sorrow.
And over a pure white sky,
rises a black moon.'

That sounds awesome! |

IKR? It's so much fun to look in a mirror, yet some people seem to be afraid of it. XD |

I've seen myself in the mirror in a LD I looked EXACTLY I mean EXACTLY like me in the mirror what it looked like I was holding was a cam corder |
Seen mirror only once in non-lucid. I was watching myself from side, I knew it was not me, despite the fact the body was mine...anyway when this "not me" came closer to the mirror I saw reflection - that was huge green toad-like woman something like Rose from Monsters Inc. It's like reflection revealed the true nature X)) |

About a week ago (before reading this), I had a lucid dream experience that got me back on track with lucid dreaming in general. I managed to WILD (inadvertently while sleeping in the middle of the day) after a WBTB (again inadvertently as I woke up to look at email real quick). This was after staying all up night until sunrise the day before, so I just slept the entire day. |

Very interesting... I would have to agree with this, I think that we all have past lives, so why wouldn't our subconscious psyche use dreams as a way to project them?! Awesome! Looking into a mirror is one of my goals, in the hopes that at some point I will see myself sleeping! |

I only managed to find a mirror once. My hair was a bit longer than in real life, but the rest of the reflection was perfectly clear and precise. |

I had a lucid dream last night (actually 4 hours ago). I was in the bathroom when i got lucid so i decided to look into the mirror. What i saw was myself excactly like the way i look like in waking life. :p The whole dream was very realistic. |
