Thread: Share your dreamy deaths!

-Jumped from buildings. The first jumps I landed quite soft. After a couple of jumps it started to hurt until I layed on the ground unable to move thinking to myself "May be I was not dreaming.." while the dream fade out.
-Hit by a train, a truck, cars... nothing but kind of electric shock when they hit me. Then I stood in the same place.
-I got stucked inside a car under the water... It was a relief when air got into my lungs in stead of water, then I became lucid. (There were a lot of dreams where I became lucid this way: Getting drowned)
-Some guy shot me in the head, I woke up while I was dying. (I don't know if it counts due to I wasn't lucid)

Death, Harvest my soul, fast! (MILD)

NON-DREAM DREAM LUCID

Another not so awesome night. My mind is being flooded with my business stuff and I am only focused in waking stuff. I MILD one lucid and recalled two more dreams.

Third dream:

I told my self having only ONE pair of wings was not an option and I had to MILD the advanced task last night, not having a MILD was not an option. I woke up at 06:30 am and kept in a comfortable possition. I used the chest technique, affirmed I was going to turn lucid and visualize having my both pairs of wings.

I was in a big warehouse store. I had to buy some wood and glue to do something. The store was huge and it had everything I needed. I saw a fat pack of Scars of Mirrodin, so I was going to buy it as well. I walked to the register and requested the cashier a Pat Pack of Scars. The cashier, who was very rude told me, "We do not have that here." Suddenly, the store was a Blockbuster. I told her they did, but she replied they did not. I paid for my purchase and told her to hold them on.

I walked around the entire store looking for it and I could not find it. I recalled perfectly I saw it and I entered an odd room. I told to myself I had to be dreaming. This was odd and the store did not look nothing I knew. I looked at my left hand and it was OK, I looked at my right hand and it had six fingers.

I wanted to take off and fly to make my dream stable, as usual, however, I knew it was about time to wake up, so I wanted to do my task fast. I entered into a darker room. I knew the Death was going to be somewhere in there. I saw several huge racks and old boxes. Everything was super dusty. I saw four teenagers running around and one almost hitted me. I told him, "Do not dare to bother me! You will see moron!!!!"

I turned right and I saw more boxes. There was a dark figure with black robes and a scythe. The scythe was like evil, diabolic, made with bones. He was looking at me, but standing still. He was not threathening me. His body looked dry. I could see some bones and his face was a skull.







I started to walk and told the death telepathically to follow me. He did. The Death was under my command. I remembered those stupid teenagers and I was going to get them pwned by the Death. We started to walk to the room were such teenagers were bothering around. I suddenly had double conscious and I felt my cat walking around in my bed. The dream was not as stable. I did not want to risk so I asked the Death to kill me. I saw the Death approaching at me. He rose his scythe and slew me. It did not hurt but I saw my own body falling to the ground and my soul flying inside Death body's. I had time enough to realize I accomplished the advanced too and I woke up.

- Hand check (failed. turned lucid)

Once, I was being chased by mini kangaroos called "kiplings", and they devoured me alive. I felt no pain, and I just respawned at an earlier part of the dream.

I was in this shootout against a group of terrorists. All of 'em had this golden revolver. One of 'em pointed the gun at my head and boom! My "eyesight"(it was like counter strike or special force or any game with a first person view) had a crack and a hole(you know, when a person shoots a tv screen, there's like a lot of cracks) and I fell down to the floor like what happens to you in counter strike when you die. I didn't felt any pain. After that I woke up.

I remember a particular dream where it was me and 2 other guys fighting another group of about 3 people in this beautiful Desert Oasis environment. We were all in a medieval setting, and I carried a Poleaxe. Eventually we found them and we fought. After a while it was me and one guy from my group against the last one left in their group. Me and the last guy started fighting and after a while I somehow tripped during a swing and he managed to stab his 5 pointed spear through my chest and it came out my back.......(the weapon looked like when you make a claw shape with your 5 fingers as if holding a ball).....I just remember my friend finished him off and he talked to me as I was dying with my eyes beginning to water.

I woke up really sad because I remember thinking about how in the dream I would not be able to return to my love and I had to die in the desert......... it's the most depressing dream I've had I think

In my dream (it wasn't lucid), Voldemort was trying to kill me but kept missing. So he decided to pick up the Killing curse (it resembled an orb of green light that reminded me electricity) and drop it on me. It worked and I died. It felt like an electric shock but the pain was only mild. After I died, instead of waking up, I found myself in a place which I assume was supposed to be heaven. Then I remember seeing a computer game I liked. I could see the screen but nothing else. Shortly afterwards I woke up.

It was very strange.

I think I have died twice in my dreams. Only one I can remember though, it was of course non lucid. I was in a mall before it opened and was involved in some sort of diamond heist that had taken place. I had a bag of them and was running from these two large guys in black suits. They were shooting at me. I ran into a shop and found a dagger, then hid and waited for one of them to come about 10 feet away, then jumped out and threw the dagger into him. He fell and I took his gun and ran into the parking lot to find my getaway van.

There were two more of the men in black suits out there coming from opposite sides, and we exchanged fire through car windows as I ran towards the van. When I got to the van they were close. One was at the front of the van and I was at the rear, his partner was still coming and I didn't have anywhere to go but through him or run aimlessly. I think they had run out of ammo. I pointed my gun in one of their faces and pulled the trigger but it clicked. He laughed and came at me. I threw the gun down and took a swing at him with my other hand but his partner came up from behind me and stabbed me basically through my armpit straight into my heart. It hurt, but not with intense pain, more like I had just been jabbed kinda hard with a hand but I saw the blade. I started to fall but blacked out before I hit the ground and woke up.

I have an interestig dream experience to share. It was a close friend´s dream. Instead of experiencing the moment of his death, he was wandering in odd, dark places as in a dream scene until he met me (in his dream) and tryed to talk to me but I couldn´t hear him. He noticed I was praying for him because he had died and then he bacame aware of his own dream death. I think this dream was interesting because he became aware of his dream death after noticing one death sign or after doing a death check exactly the way we look for dream signs or do reality checks.

I died once in a dream and it was a horrible experience. I was in a classroom with some friends and suddenly one said that there will be an atom bomb exploding in a few seconds. It was a very vivid normal dream and I believed my friend so I thought I will die soon. At this moment I realised how much I love my life because in the next few seconds I had the worst death fear I ever had in my life and I thought things like "Oh my god I don't wanna die. I still got so many things left to do and this can't be the end." and other things. Then after about 10 seconds I heard a loud explosion and suddenly everything went yellow and I felt how my body burned in the explosion. It was somehow a painful but on the other side nice warm feeling as my body slowly disappeared. In this moment I was like "Wow, it seems like there is really some kind of afterlife" and then I woke up

Can't remember dying in dreams, but I recall waking up shivering, and feeling scared. So it takes me to realise that I just dreaming

I died 4 times last night... I'll just say the first time, the monster got me from behind with a scythe like hand. I felt some pressure on my back, and I woke up after death. The second time, I ran past the monsters because I lost my gun. I fell into the destroyed lab though and a another monster stabbed me with its claws as I tried to get up. I felt pressure and slight pain, and I woke up after dying again. The third time, the same thing happened except I jumped into a water tunnel inside the lab to escape. Sadly it was just an underwater dead end and a monster held me down under. I drowned to death. I woke up from not being able to breathe because I was trying to breathe through my pillow. The 4th time, I survived long enough to make it to the city. I then got in a tank to fight the monsters, but I was killed with more powerful missiles. The explosion felt like I was being punched back to the real world, if that makes sense.

Should I be worried by the fact that I was still pretty calm and not very concerned after each death?

Just wondering how on earth you could "die" if you are lucid. Part of the experience of dying in your dream is because you think its real.

A few times I have died in my dream. I don't remember the circumstances that led up to this but I found myself flung very high into the air over water, so high that I was absolutely certain I would be dead when I hit the water, hit the water and woke up.

One I remember clearly from when I was younger - I was at a field right near my old school and someone shot me in the stomach, I felt the blood and the pain and laid on the ground preparing to die. Freaky.

Another time I was in some sort of room or underground chamber with my girlfriend and water was pouring into it and there was no way out, usually in these situations I would probably panic out of control but I was actually trying to be strong for my girlfriend as we waited for the water to fill up and drown us.


Probably have had more, but these ones stand out to me because I remember the feeling so overwhelming. It's like I now know how that last few minutes are when you are knowingly about to die. Crazy.

So he was a ghost in his dream? That's so strange.. I think it would freak me out a little. Then again, if it was me I'd probably go searching for one of my friends who is shall we say "spiritually sensitive" and ask what the heck happened lol. Or try to walk through walls.

So there I am, surrounded by terrorists holding MP5's on an island. They approach me and aim at my head. I make a break for it and jump into the water. BOOM BOOM BOOM I got 7 holes in my back. The water turned red and I woke up. It didn't hurt, nor was I lucid.

In my dream I was hanging out with some friends and this one guy had a gun. He was just fooling around with it but when he aimed it at my head and pulled the trigger, my dream body "jumped" like it had been shocked and I woke up. Legit terrifying.

This was one of my first lucids, I became lucid and someone said I violated code and I was surrounded by people with old style musket guns or whatever they are, and they killed me like a shooting range. It was painless.

I can't die in my dreams..just disappear out of it.

I can't remember this too clearly because it was long ago but I think I was running from miniature tiki monsters in Hawaii with Scooby Doo and the tiki creatures threw e into a volcano and I woke up. That's the only death dream I remember.

Lol why do people have such violent dreams.

I've never properly died, but I've almost died. Once in a really vivid dream, I got captured by a gang, thrown against a car and a gun pressed to my temple. I've never been so terrified. I felt everything.

I ran away from a whore house (where I'd been kidnapped and taken to) once, but I felt an evil prescense across the gate out, so I ran across a field and down a hole. Eventually this guy got ahold of me and dragged me away. I'm not sure if I woke up 'cause I died or... just because.

I have the feeling that if I died in a dream, it would be the scariest thing ever for me. My mind just doesn't go well with that.

Holy crap that must have been scary as hell!! All the more reason to become lucid so you can prevent dreams like this from happening.

90% of my dream deaths are from falling down from heights... there is actually "pain" like on my face always this weird feeling ^^ anyway I dont usually wake up or anything just the dream scene changes completly

Apparently my dreams don't like killing me. For example, I fell like 30,000 ft and wasn't killed, only "seriously injured." Didn't even feel anything.

not lucid by the way, but a fairly large completely pitch black figure with human like green eyes ran at me and tried to jab me in the stomach. i dodged it but then i turned around to only get lifted by my throat and he began choking me out. i struggled but his stifness was like a statue. i remember gasping for air and then i woke up heart slamming my chest, coughing and gasping like in the dream.
