I had my 3rd or 4th lucid this morning, this happened on accident, I gave up on lucid dreaming awhile ago but lately ive been remembering my dreams really well. I haven't written them down in my DJ because again, I wasn't working for lucids.
To how it happened, I woke up at around 8 to let my dog out of my room cause she was at the door, then I went to lay down for a bit, so a random thought came into my head of a natural area with cartoon talking rabbbits, so I started thinking about that/ half listening to the T.V about some guy who thought he was Jesus. Then I kinda heard talking in my head and I realised it wasn't from the T.V (it was SP). So, then all my training for Lucids kicked in. I immediately stopped concentrating on the sound and pictures I was seeing and tried to stay conscious. Then I saw the image in my head again (just like I was imagining something) but I started to spin and I was a flash of light in one direction( like i was spinning around a dark room but there was on area where my dream was) so I stopped spinning but it was dark.
Then I focused on opening my eyes and walking into the dream and I did. ( If you want to read the whole lucid just tell me) but I got in and the "graphics" changed as soon as I got in. It went from dark, bright, clear, foggy, cartoony, and then I tried to concentrate on that one but it went bright but lost a lot of vividness ( like it wasn't vivid at all).
Then after the dream I woke up thinking of the place the same way I did before I fell asleep, then got up, dusted off my DJ and wrote this down.
My questions are, how can I make it more vivid? how can I do this again? are wilds always not clear and vivid? ( I can't remember if I read something about WILDs not being vivid or not)
I tried WILDing for MONTHS then gave up because I never could. So, I might start trying again soon.
Also, I was very calm when this happened, and I lost control of lucidity sometimes.
