So I see a lot of people on this forum have dream goals (who doesn't?).
A lot of them are relatively easy to do, but some seem really hard due to the fact I can't find anyone who's done them, (e.g 360 degree vision, teleporting, talking to your sub con, transforming, etc.) yet sound like they would be amazing to do. I've tried searching for 1st hand accounts of what they are like, but can't find anything.

TLDR; Have you done anything in a lucid dream which is really cool and others struggle to do? What was it like, and how did you go about doing it?

I'm talking about things like I mentioned above, 360 vision, building a city, finding and talking to your sub con, teleporting etc....
