So last night I had my first "lucid dream" (it was short) in a while (I've been slacking on technique). So in short a girl and I were reenacting Titanic in the middle of the ocean. So she was on some sort of floating object and I was in the water, so I let go so I could sink and disappear like in the movie. As I sank into the water I became unable to move and panicked at the thought of drowning. Which made me become lucid, so I just stop and tried to process the situation and kept thinking, "Wow I'm in my mind!" I had no control and all I could feel was this swinging and twisting feeling. It didn't hurt, but a very strange sensation, then I had a false awakening, losing lucidity. Anyone ever get that weird "contorting" feeling when in a lucid? |
