First and most vivid lucid ever

      Hi DV,

I have had a couple natural lucid dreams in my life and I am here to tell you the story of my first and most vivid. I am new to DV and just recently got interested in lucid dreaming again. I am more dedicated this time around and have faith that I will have more success. Anyway. To the dream...

First things first, I am walking outside and all of a sudden (for no apparent reason, as nothing seemed strange or peculiar in anyway) I say to myself, "I am in my bed asleep right now, THIS IS A DREAM...IM DREAMING!" At the time, I had not read about lucid dreaming so I stumbled upon this with no prior knowledge on the subject. Right after becoming lucid I noticed that I had a weird little mechanical ball in my hand. It was rubber on the outside but looked to have parts on the inside. The rubber was clear so I could see straight through it. I threw the ball down at the ground and right when the ball hits the pavement time slows down. Everything around me slows but I stay in normal time. I am in a huge parking lot outside of the biggest Walmart you have ever seen. There are thousands of people going in and coming out of the Walmart. When time slowed I ran up to a cheerleader in a red uniform and kissed her (keep in mind, this dream was when I was 12 haha.) Every time I would bounce the ball, it would come back up faster and faster. The dream faded rather quickly after this. It got to the point to where the ball wouldnt slow time anymore at all and it was just a regular rubber ball. The lucidity ended and I woke up. I remember feeling wonderful that morning when I realized that I still remembered the entire experience once I woke up and couldn't believe how real it all felt.

Now, I am here to try and sharpen my skills and hopefully lucid dream on command!

      Thanks for reading
