Could I have been entering a lucid dream?

Hello, this is my first post, here is a story of what happened today, I'd like to hear the opinion of anyone who's experienced in it

It was afternoon, I haven't had much sleep last night so I decided to take a nap, after laying down for couple of minutes I felt asleep. I've had a dream that I talked with my friend about topic of lucid dreaming (now aware I was dreaming it) and it was quite long and clear dream, at least it seemed like it. When I woke up, of course then I realized it was a dream, so I started thinking about it, how strange that was (talking about dreams in a dream part) I was still laying in bad and very sleepy and tired, because I woke up just a minute ago. I decided to have some more sleep, still closed my eyes still thinking about it, then as I closed my eyes and started relaxing I started hearing vibration alike sounds (similar to Alpha and Theta vibrations) getting stronger and stronger, also pressure in my ears and chest which was also increasing each second, I couldn't open my eyes or get up, everything was black, but I still could think (it wasn't like sleep paralysis which happened to me once, this was a kinda different and was happening while I was falling asleep instead of awakening as in SP) , I got a bit scared as the feelings got stronger and struggled to open my eyes, I succeeded, then even more struggle to move myself. I was awake but still really tired, I had this feeling couple of times before (every time it happened when I tried to go sleep again after waking up from a dream) but always fought it, never relaxed and got to it deeper. As I was still tired I tried closing my eyes and going back to sleep, but the same thing happened and I had hard time fighting it again, it happened couple more times in the same sitting.
Then I got pissed and got out of the bed. What I think happened is as I woke up from the first dream, my brain was still in the dreaming state, when I tried to go to sleep again, still thinking about the dream my had, I was starting a lucid exchange of the waken and dream state. If I followed it and not fought it I would have started a lucid dream perhaps.? what do you think

I'm a natural lucid dreamer and have always had this since I can remember, learn to relax and go with it, it's amazing and this will take you into a lucid dream. If you move after awakening like me then you are doing a WILD. Just let yourself go with it and have a lot of fun

Rundagor, Sleep Paralysis does not only happen when you wake up from sleeping, it can also occur while falling asleep. You are experiencing sleep paralysis

You're sure about it? It seemed quite different from the time when I had it, and it didn't feel Anxiety and Fear (maybe minor)

Only some people experience anxiety or fear, it just depends on how you feel at the time. And entering SP is essential when trying a WILD...but with DILDs, they occur while already inside a dream so you probably wont experience it
