My first lucid dream

Didn't try any methods, it just happened.

I was doing a combat operation inside a hospital, not sure why, when I realized that it didn't make any sense. This snapped me into lucidity. I then proceeded to fly out the window, and down to a nearby baseball field. Knowing that the people in my dreams weren't real, I decided to attack them. I attacked the pitcher in the baseball game, and then got swarmed with players attacking me, which woke me up.

Good 40 seconds of lucidity I guess, not bad for my first time.

aaaahhh congratz on the sick! first lucid man! that sounds awesome the brawl, too bad you couldn't keep Lucidity to kick more ass!

I became lucid for the first time last night too! I flew away and attacked someone lmao

Don't think most people try to attack somebody in there first lucid dream, from what i notice. A lot of people try to have sex in there first lucid dream or do flying.

You know guys...Sigmund Freud wrote in his time how what we dream...is what we are hidding or supressing in our unconscious that we want to do in real life...that its really our true persona lolol. When I see these posts of "I want to have non-stop sex in my Lucid Dreams" or "I want to go on a terror spree and beat the crap out of my DCs. I go "Hmmm....lol". Just kidding....but Freud did write heavy on the fact our dreams can define us. The Interpretation Of Dreams from 1899 was his book on it. He said "nothing you do occurs by chance; every action and thought is motivated by your unconscious at some level. In order to live in a civilized society, you have a tendency to hold back our urges and repress our impulses. However, these urges and impulses must be released in some way; they have a way of coming to the surface in disguised forms as dreams." lol.

Good work on your first LD though. 40 seconds is long...and to have total recall of a 40 second dream means you're doing good for a starter. Have fun!
