Thread: First long lucid dream!

Hello

Yesterday i finally had my first long lucid dream!
I was at home in the kitchen, and i had a reflex to look at my hand and i had 6 fingers! So i became lucid but then the dream was fading away and I was yelling: "More lucidity!, more lucidity!" and it helped. When i had more control over the dream, I looked through the window and there were so much bright stars! After that i tried to float and i flew through the house. Then I saw my 2 friends in the garden and i was going to open the door for them and from that moment the lucid dream became non-lucid dream . But I'm so happy with this lucid dream! It has a strange feeling when you are lucid dreaming
Oh, and sorry for the bad english, I'm from Belgium

Okay I'll try that the next time I get lucid

Once I look at my hand and it has 5 fingers and from little finger protruded another 4-5+ fingers....breathing with close nose Is funny too, once I was trying to interrupt my breathing with every possible alternatives including plugging my nose...and I failed

One time I was looking at my fingers then they limply fell over backwards on to my wrist.

Congrats! Nice job on keeping it cool and forcing the stabilization.
I think if you change the environment immediately and do stuff you'd hang on to lucidity longer, next time try to get out of a familiar place (if you're in one) and do more surreal stuff.
