I avoided milk products and grain for long time, but yesterday I had piece of chocolate and suddenly there was much more intense dreams and even one was lucid.

nearly became lucid in the 6:05am dream
where all sorts of weird crap happened
at one point I was thinking if this was a dream I would ...
I had just come out of a bathroom that had all sorts of weird stuff in
it which is a dream sign, there were half toilets and weird showers
I was 85% of the way to lucidity but still missed
several impossible things had happened earlier in the dream
and a police office wanted to search a bag I was holding
(I use police / police vehicles in daily reality checks)
failed to reality check in the dream

in the 7:40 dream I stayed on the edge of the dream at the end realizing
I was waking from a dream for at least 40 seconds, with flashing patterns
in my eyes, I attempted to DEILD but failed
(I have never remained on the edge so long, eventually I was just in
paralysis, I stayed there another minute maybe trying to fall back into
a particular scene but then just wiggled my fingers and broke out of
paralysis)

Drated computer rebooted 2x and I lost all the notes in my dream journal from all but the
3am dream. Oh well I remembered em at some point (step one recall step two save button)

I sleep so much during Saturday and Sunday morning I can't get to sleep on Monday morning,
but I guess I was still pretty well rested since my cycle time was between 1hr and only 40min
and I fell back asleep in no time from finally growing tired in the early AM
