I've tried getting to SP twice and I think I may have gotten close. I feel like my mind is awake the whole time and once in a while I let myself go into sort of a dream. The problem is that when I realize that I'm watching this dream like thing it goes away fast. I'm still in a very relaxed state close to falling asleep. Also once in a while I start to move without wanting to. Am I supposed to stay completely still the whole time? And if I have an itch should I scratch it? I've heared you can trick your body into thinking your sleep by ignoring it...and I've also heared you can scratch it but just don't think about it too much |
