I've been attempting to WILD for about a week straight now and I've gotten pretty close! In one instance, I remember going through sleep paralysis and seeing an image of an arrowhead. I lost concentration when I focused in on it of course, my heart was racing and I was breathing rapidly when I woke up. My word of advice is to keep practicing, it may help you get used to the sensations and allow you to free your mind.

P.S. Were you trying to WILD when you first went to bed? I've been trying a method of sleeping 5-6 hours in the night, staying up for about a half-hour, and then trying WILD. Recently though, I've been dozing off before waking my mind up enough, perhaps staying up for an hour should do the trick. Anyway, hope this helps!

P.S.S I guess they called it "wild" for a reason!
