Non-lucid, lucid.

I was in my house, watching TV. My very attractive friend approached me and told me she had strong feelings for me. I then decided to fuck her.

We stripped down and started making out when she suddenly turned into a man and started vaginally penetrating me.

I looked down and realized that I still had a penis, and his was simply disappearing into my body. I realized this and immediately knew I was dreaming, when he punched me in the face, and continued to have sex with me. He said, "Hah, chicken noodle soup, eh? Enter the cow, bitch!" And slapped me.

He laughed, then slapped me again. I noticed the penis-raping-penis again and tried to get away. Before I could react, he slapped me again and laughed hysterically.

The nightmare went on like this for a minute or two, until he said, "Alright, [strange African-sounding name that I can't even begin to attempt at smelling], now go make me some cookies."

I went into the kitchen and opened the cabinet to reveal the giant head of a bumblebee, which shocked me so badly that I woke up.

That must have really sucked. One aspect of dream control you really need to master is the ability to wake yourself up if you find the dream situation to be unpleasant.

I forget how I stumbled upon this. But if I'm lucid and the dream gets unpleasant (which is rare) I wake myself by pulling my head back sharply, opening my eyes wide and thinking about waking. It works every time.

I'm sure you can come up with a method to wake on command. Just experiment.
