      Long,Long time in your LDs

I think that to extend the time in your LDs is a one of the coolest power. So my question is this:
Do you succeed to stay in a LD for 2 or 3 days in 8 hours of sleep?Or maybe also a week?

I don't know if that is possible or not...but if it is that would be so cool. I might run out of things to do though(if that is possible).

You should never underestimate the human brain... With the amount of nerves that are sent to it everyday, you can definitely stay in a lucid dream for years... I think that people here might doubt this because it sounds ridiculous but I believe that the brain performs more miraculous things while you're awake...

It would also take a lot of practice...

2 or 3 days? How can U tell if it's the next 'day'.... I had one extended LD that had many scenes or 'days' and the last scene became night almost immediately.

I've had a day occur based on natural time (sunrise to sunset). I've had dreams that feels like they've lasted for hours. I prefer the ones that last "hours" to those that last "days," because the days would seem rushed, while the hours seem more full.

That would be awesome to stay in a dream for longer than you're asleep. Time distortion is possible during dreaming and it's happened to me only a few times. Once i had a 9 hour dream, and then a 3 hour dream, and then a series of 30 minute dreams, all in 8 hours of sleep. When i woke up it was the wierdest thing ever because i thought i had slept an extra day, but i hadn't. I was so confused
