Hi, Chipfunk89 looks like your doing quite well already. 1.5months with 1 LD every two weeks. Impressive. I started February this year And had 1 LD After the first 3weeks then nothing since. However In the last two weeks Ive changed up my approach and I’m now starting to question my dreams more and Have asked myself am I dreaming ? unfortunately I’ve convinced myself I’m not for various reasons But progress is being made.
So if nothing else I can tell what hasn’t worked for me and what seems to be bearing fruit.

We have a similar goal for the end of year.
So I would be happy to buddy up if you are?

Have you read any books on Lucid dreaming? If so which ones? Which has been your favourite?

Yep, that is good advice. I like to add, if I may? I think if you start with your five senses first like those certain smells, visuals, emotions, textiles, or sounds than the better off you will be....

You could use a voice recorder too, if you don't have time to write in your DJ.

Yes, that is great advice. Start writing right away. Man, I don't know how many times I've waited just a couple minutes, then fallen back asleep and forgotten my dream.

I only strive to recall a fully detailed dream if it is either memorable or lucid, or the last dream or two before waking up. And even then, I only aim to recall during the first minute or two, and...

After about 10-15 minutes of laying in bed, I will let it go. You never know, sometimes a dream memory will come back later in the day. But usually not. I figure, there's always tomorrow night :) And...

You are describing the biggest challenge to all practicing lucid dreamers. How to continuously maintain the kind of motivation necessary in order to maintain regular frequent lucidity. It's something...

Sometimes I just randomly remember old dreams that I haven't ever thought of or remembered before. Many times when I'm trying to remember dreams I had just had in the night, other old dreams I'd had...

I remember feeling this way when I was trying to get my first lucid and had been at it for months and month and months, in high-school. The frustration over trying to get DILDs to happen is why I...

6 RCs/day is low. I would be doing 20+, set yourself enough goals. If you do it this frequently, you WILL see yourself do it in a dream. The hard part, then becomes not getting too excited :) 3-5...
