Thats great! To bore your mind to sleep is often a easy way to fall asleep, but that can also be harder task than it sounds.

Find the biggest and most boring book you can find, and try to actually read it like you have to understand it. Go for 45-60min or so. And this will probably work it's magic as the knock out sleep...
