TwitchLucidity liked post by Kruse On thread : Weird thing that happens when i close my eyes in dreams
Ah, this is a real nuisance.. Whenever I close my eyes I too end up waking up. Thing is, it's really hard NOT to blink/close your eyes when you're so used to it in waking life.

It's possible to feel whatever when you are transitioning. It's different for everyone, but there are some things that are more common than others. I've tried transitioning directly without any form...

I've actually had the same problem as you have with getting out of bed in false awakenings, but I always manage to get up. Not sure what could work as a solution to your problem, but I guess it just...

You may as well get used to your mind playing tricks on you - it happens once in a while. You'll get better at recognizing when it happens over time though :)

Foxy liked post by Kruse On thread : Can the practice of lucid dreaming increase the chance of experiencing sleep paralysis?
Hey Foxy! As a beginner myself, I can totally relate to the though that WILD and hallucinations can be scary. For me at least, it hasn't been at all. The strongest sort of "hallucination" I have...

Well, what I had in my mind is something I can't exactly put into my mouth. As for taste, rather not describe that here. I'll skip on what I thought of and taste the next thing I see instead :p Haha

Are you trying this immediately as you go to bed? Most techniques are much, MUCH easier to use after a few (4-6 hours) of sleep.

Oh man, this may be the year to try at least some of them. I'm a real Rome fanatic too so I might want to try that. The tasks do sound quite complicated though, so we'll see how it goes. If I can do...

Another important thing people tend to forget is, when WILD'ing you still need to FALL ASLEEP. Now, I haven't WILD'ed a lot, but when I do attempt WILD, I'll let my mind drift off, and from pure will...
