If I was you I would go to a hypnotheropist and tell him wat you want
And...

LucidDreams17 liked post by Waterknight On thread : If you have anxiety in the real world, will you have it in the dream world?
Well you can. But you may not. You aren't always the same in dreams. I for one don't get easily scared in dreams but I will get sad easier in dreams. So you may or may not have anxiety in dreams if...

I never did. But then again, I agree with what NatDug said.. but then again, when i get lucid from a dream plot, i kinda lose all connections to whoever was in the dream.

I wouldn't think so.
But regarding your anxiety, I think it's something that everyone goes through. The more and more people I talk to the more people I realize are going through the same things...

You need balance and peace in both dream and reality.
If you feel stressed out and that you have little control in real life, then in dreams you will have less control. You need to be balanced in...

LucidDreams17 liked post by Zhaylin On thread : If you have anxiety in the real world, will you have it in the dream world?
I don't know what it's like for lucid dreams, but for dreams in general, I'm usually made aware of deep seated anxieties and emotions through my dreams before I'm consciously aware of them (*Whew*...

Anxiety can persist in lucid dreams depending on how conscious you are in them; if you're close to waking-life awareness you might feel some; if you're less aware you'll probably feel less. This...

Just stabilize by activating your senses. Touch and sight works best for me. It's your second LD, don't expect much in the beginning so don't worry. You don't need help :)
