      How long do you have to dry out if you built up a tolerance? I think I'll try it again in about a week and if I don't feel it then I'll quit for a month or two (unless you know how long?) I really need to reconnect with just good old regular lucids without any supplementation.

      Yep, lower back pain is a real bitch! On days when it hurts I can't seem to sleep more than an hour or so till I wake up. I always seem to be just starting to dream when it happens too... sucks!! But luckily that isn't very often.

      Well, you look like you could be an actor. Hope that happens! Be sure to let the board know if it does, or at least let me know.

      Really? I assumed you were using it since you're posting on the G+C thread. Heh... I'm drying out right now. I was "using" every other night, and even though I've used it about 7 or 8 times recently, I only got lucid once!! I think I overdid it, so I'm taking a full week off. Man, it's tough, especially with those bottles sitting on the table right next to my bed! I need to move them somewhere else..

      How do you deel with the pain? I used fish oil and I put hot chilli peper (Ceyenne Pepper) and also the anti-inflamatory spice Tumeric, into capsules. But I often have to use Codine. My pain is because the mylin around my nerves is developing holes. I would really apprieciate any help with the pain.
