I wouldn't worry about WILD. They would likely be the same as a DILD. Matter-of-fact, I would try to dispel worry completely if you can. Anxiety caused by the blur can only be...

^^ Aw, shucks... Thanks for the kind words, and I hope your endorsement might get mine ever closer to being heeded (because that's always my hope; never to impress). PS: And yeah, you might...

You don't always get HH. Sometimes you have different sensations, as I describe in article linked in my above post. Other than that, just keep doing it. Vibrations and tingling are two different...

Then don't. Is there a commandment from the dreaming gods requiring that a self-aware dreamer must be able to change things in her dreams just to have fun, and to learn? Not that I know of. ...

When you falling asleep normally, your body and mind fall asleep pretty much at the same time. When you WILDing, the trick is to let your body fall asleep, but keep your mind aware. While your...

Firstly, you should not want to aim for sleep paralysis, because that don't helps in WILDing unless you have an actual sleep disorder with same name, secondly, the sensations of falling asleep vary...

You should create a mantra to make yourself wake remembering your dreams. When I wanted to try DEILDs I wrote in my DJ before bed "I will wake after each dream, remembering the dream, lie still with...

Naps are an excelent time for lucids, be it WILDs or DILDs. You can always try to WBTB more than once at night.

Well, there's nothing that always works!! :takethatfoo: The only way you're going to get more than one chance a day for WILD is either with naps or trying DEILD. That way you can try several...

The problem is not that you fall asleep: your goal is to fall asleep. The problem is that you do not remain aware enough of your state whether you are awake or asleep. What are you thinking about? ...

The point of WBTB is to wake up your mind just enough, so when you go back to sleep, you don't just fall into unconscious asleep. If you fall asleep instantly, you didn't get yourself awake enough,...

Okay first let me say that I've had a lucid dream before, and I want to have one again. I have created a dream journal that I write in (Its actually just a piece of paper :D) and I wrote my first entry last night. I've have been trying to lucid dream, but some weird things have been happening. First thing is when I "TRY" to lucid dream my arms feel like their becoming heavy and I start to feel dizzy or kind of like i'm floating (this is like after 20 minutes of just lying there). Then I start to feel like i'm not on my bed. It feels like my body is asleep, but I feel like i'm awake, and when I close my eyes even for extensive amounts of times I still feel like i'm making no progress. After an hour I just stop and forced myself to get up. I went to the rest room, but while I was looking in the mirror it felt like I was in a dream, and I felt literally insane. That was probably just some side effects , but I really want to lucid dream, and I want to know what i'm doing wrong. Thank you.
(Sorry for the long read, this is my first post and I needed to find a place to post this.)
