It might be one of those, but who knows. Maybe I just need a little more time to get it down? In any case I think I'm good for now. There's always room for practice. :3

Dear Sageous, I just wanted to cry after that. There is something about those paragraphs that makes me look upon you as a god among lucid dreamers. You are a genius it seems, and you are a...

Do you have to use wbtb with Mild? I was wondering this because I don't want to mild if it is going to cause the same effects as doing a wild if you dont do wbtb (Insomnia). And as a side question...

I have a few problems that I have encountered. The first thing is that when I wake up after sleeping, I can't remember a dream, no matter how hard I try. Unlike most people I start to remember the...

Well, I haven't had a lucid dream through WILD, but what gets rid of the uncomfortable for me is as soon as my mind wants to swallow or move I just tell myself I want this LD badly, and I'll do...

Okay first let me say that I've had a lucid dream before, and I want to have one again. I have created a dream journal that I write in (Its actually just a piece of paper :D) and I wrote my first entry last night. I've have been trying to lucid dream, but some weird things have been happening. First thing is when I "TRY" to lucid dream my arms feel like their becoming heavy and I start to feel dizzy or kind of like i'm floating (this is like after 20 minutes of just lying there). Then I start to feel like i'm not on my bed. It feels like my body is asleep, but I feel like i'm awake, and when I close my eyes even for extensive amounts of times I still feel like i'm making no progress. After an hour I just stop and forced myself to get up. I went to the rest room, but while I was looking in the mirror it felt like I was in a dream, and I felt literally insane. That was probably just some side effects , but I really want to lucid dream, and I want to know what i'm doing wrong. Thank you.
(Sorry for the long read, this is my first post and I needed to find a place to post this.)
