If I have a lucid dream which lasts for more than a second or two I consider it an achievement. :)

Hi, welcome to the site! Lucid dreaming is great, isn't it? As for the 200ft tall girl, that sounds rather ambitious, but anything is possible! Try telling yourself that she'll be round the next...

I normally just have sight, sound and touch in a dream, although maybe that's just because I rarely eat in dreams or dream about anything smelly...

You just need to lie really still and trick your brain into thinking your body is asleep. Don't move a muscle; do nothing but breathe. I had SP very quickly after doing this, although it may take...

I think the "waves of relaxation" are what they call "vibrations". If you can see with your eyes closed, then that is hypnogogic imagery, a dream beginning to form. Sounds like you're almost there!

If you think about LDing too much it might keep you awake. Just relax, and try doing a few reality checks during the day. They key is patience; I haven't had an LD yet but I'm not giving up!
