Once upon a time, the world was Europe. There were humans on Europe. A guy set out in his boat and stumbled upon this "new world". Guess what! There are humans here! Their culture is radically different, but they are humans nevertheless.

Europe: Earth
Atlantic Ocean: Space in between Earth and planet X in solar system X.
America: Planet X
