Anyway, this is pretty cool! It's sounding a lot like MILD now... still, this is awesome! This is basically what I am learning in MILD class (to some degree, at least)! The writing down the mantra and stuff on paper bit, though, is pretty creative! I'm enjoying reading this tutorial!
