I am going to be doing an experiment on binaural beat's.

I am going to use the beats for the following...

Meditation

Recall

Overal mood when I wake up

Lucid dreaming in general.

I will reporting back to this thread in a daily basis.

How exactly are you going to experiment? And what binaurals will you be using?

I am using a combination of apps. I will be posting what I use everyday.

Oh I will also be using the beats you made me.

I am using teslas deep sleep binaural beat.

Meditation: n/a

Recall: i remember one short dream fragment.

Overall mood: I wasn't as tired as I normally am. I was going to use the 3 min caffeine prog but didn't have the time.

Lucids: no lucid dreams

Hey buddy, do you mind if I join, or are you doing it as a solo thing? I don't really mind but it will be fun to try it out

I am using the sleep binaral beat. The lucid prog. And the caffeine prog.

Meditation: n/a

Recall: I remember small parts of a really long dream

Overall mood: I felt great. It was hard to open my eyes at first. But then I felt great! I wasn't tired at all. Then I used the 3 min caffeine prog. It didn't wake me up any more but I felt more alert and jittery.

Lucids: no lucid dreams.

Nope, but I do have quite a few binaural beats on my mp3 player. I also meditate quite well and often.

Alright just post whatever you do and the resaults. We dont have to do the same exact experiment.

I am using the 25 min meditation prog and the sleep binarial beats.

Meditation: I didnt get any imagery. But i did have the feeling as if my head was falling over (if that makes since.) And also my hands were vibrating and they felt like they werent there. I was thinking of something that i should report at the time but i cant remember it now.

Recall: i remembered fragments but was to lazy to write them down and now i cant rememeber them.

Overall mood: i was very tired. I didnt feel rested at all. But during the day i wasnt groggy at all.
