      Hi,
I'm from germany and new to this forum.

I made a survey to find out which parameters increases the chance to have a lucid
      dream.

Anyone can participate, who have lucid dreams from time to time.

The result will be posted in the forum.

I just took the survey. There are some questions I think should be multi choice like the one at the end.

      Thanks for your support.
Multiple choice won't fit for the statistic, cause I want to know how everyone gets mostly lucid.
With a multiple choice it would possible gives deviations, by selecting all the reasons.

      2.WILD with WBTB
      3.Self-awareness
I fill my heart with fire, with passion, passion for what makes me nostalgic. A unique perspective fuels my fire, makes me discover new passions, more nostalgia. I love it.

      -------------------- Evaluation --------------------------

Ranking for the greatest influence on lucid dreaming:

      1. Number and details of remembered dreams
      2. critical awareness
      3. Goals, beliefs, dreams appreciate important

      Technique:

      - DILD (spontaneous clarity) is the most common
      - MILD is the most successful
      - WBTB or brief awakening are helpful
      - Suggestions are in the evening and (when you wake up) before a possible lucid dream important
      - Most lucid dreams are after 6 hours of sleep

      Conclusion:

      - Work on your dream recall (Diary is especially helpful for beginners, even if it would not have great influence on lucid dreaming)
      - School your critical awareness during the day, RCs are incidental
      - Try MILD after 6 hours sleep
