A mountain in the sky fallen gently onto a small lichen could not accomplish anything in all its might. Though the teacups of tomorrow were not quite ready they still were emotionally capable of feeling remorse for the dear old mountains and trapped them underneath a vulcanized balloon. Blowing up the balloon the teacups realized that none was always something to sleep upon; so gentle was its tug. A floating speck of dust heard the teacup's thoughts and spoke a few unforgotten words. It claimed that the sky was orange; that the world was purple. It said that the mound of dirt mistaken as a mountain was not just a quality of the Earth but a quality of the universe. And so it continued on it's uncontrolled journey through the alpine meadow.

Pulling at the strings of life nearby was a small grasshpper. Indeed his face was an old one. A blend of colors unseen before the feeble grasshopers arrival. It swam in the air into a feeding frenzy and consumed all the grasses on the field that it stood. Emptyness prevailed. There was nothing to sit apon. He fell into an endless void. The world sofly cried. The galaxy softly laughed. A passing spacecraft's inhabitants noticed the hole in the Earth. It was small but easy to see. A black shadow cast upon the gleam of a light post. It journeyed among the crevices of the uneven hole. One mile in diameter. The Earth then exploded from within.

What a wonderful story.
