Man, if I had played that game when younger, that moon would have given me nightmares. MM's music only contributed to the feeling of terror and fear. 0o

If you think about it, the horror aspect is way better than the games of today. Trapped in the same three days. Nobody knows you, nobody remembers you. You alone know for sure what happens on that third night. Not to mention, the three transformation masks are made of actual souls! People were killed to make those masks! And there's demons and gibdos and redeads ad poes and crap (still, the monsters aren't as chilling as what I've already mentioned).

Yeah, it was definitely one of the best games ever. I won't say the best because I *really* liked the Oracle series. Yep, the 3-day thing is indeed clausthrophobic, very original and nice. Btw, playing as a Zora was a dream come true. s2 zoras xD

But I still think that the CREEPIEST THING IN ALL THE GAME was the mask guy. Damn. The way he talks ,the way he moves, those eyes... -.-

The macabreness, the feel, the emotional attachment to the masks, the repetition of time of which people forgot you over and over... some of the Zelda games are simply pure genius. Some say they were annoyed by the whole time thing, but I savoured it.

Anyways, to inject some senselessness into this thread:
