It's very possible that it was a dream. If it seemed unrealistic for SP, or something wasn't right, it was probably a dream, but don't take my word for it. |

I set my alarm for 6.30 this morning, got up, went toilet, sat on my bed for about a minute trying to wake my brain up in my head (doing maths etc) then went back to bed. That's that last thing I know for sure. However I do remember a crazy sound in both my ears, I can't even describe it, really loud as well. I snapped out of it the first time for some reason but them I got back into it. And that's the last I remember. |

We all live in a kind of continuous dream. When we wake, it is because something,
some event, some pinprick even, disturbs the edges of what we have taken as reality.

Can you remember what the sound was like? Was it a quick, sharp noise or a more backgroundey thing? |

Give me the night!

Wasn't quick, but wasn't background. Completely filled my head. Kind of maybe a buzzing/whistling/high pitched maybe. Wish I could remember it better |

Hmm, i don't think I've ever experienced anything like that. it might be tinnitus or something, but I think I'm the wrong person to ask. |

Ok so when most enter SP they don't hear any sounds like I described? |

If you have SP you will know for sure, because your mind starts playing out halucinations & your fully awake. most of everyone panics at this point & struggle to wake up. But all they can control is there breathing. You can tell if your in paralysis by the fact that you are completely conscious & can feel the air in your throat. The problem is that your subconscious is still grabbing dark figures & playing erie sounds, because you are consciously adding panic to the frequency. |

I do. Sometimes it's a high pitched ringing sound like those old CRT TVs make. Sometimes it's a low buzzing sound that I can feel in my head, it can sometimes get so strong that it feels like blood vessels are going to burst. |

It is very evident of the strange sounds while we sleep & things like tinitis effect us, but there is one called brain zaps that is from antianxiety/deppressants that is a low power voltage in our brains, much like a camcorder running on low power. This is evident in public water supplies which contain many toxins & prescription drugs. Stick to a stricked regiment of steam distilled water & the brain zaps go away. I have tested this theory & it is very evident that this anomaly will increase from drinking store bought beverages. So good buy coke & pepsi or any purified waters that are actually high in flouride & not purified at all.... Try it, you will hear the truth. |
