      Cool Sleep Apnea? :(

      I have the worst time sleeping. I can sleep for a few hours but then I wake! then when I feel I had the best sleep of my life, I am still tired.. but I was wondering if it was Sleep Apnea..

      What do you guys think?

      Do you snore? Do you breathe through your mouth while sleeping? If so, that doesn't necessarily mean you have sleep apnea, but it could be an indicator. If you're still tired after a full night's sleep, something's wrong. There are many resources online, and I encourage you to learn more about it. If it persists, it's worth seeing a doctor, ENT specialist, and/or getting a sleep study done. It's also possible it may be another problem unrelated to sleep.
