      While waking up..

So when I wake up I feel so disorientated and also very dizzy for like 5 minutes. This started 4 days ago. Does anyone know what could cause this? Cause it's very unpleasant :L.

I can see you sleep through your bedroom window. You're killing yourself with lucid dreaming.

Sorry crashyy, but nobody can diagnose you if you don't tell us anything. We need info, has anything changed lately? are you feeling stress? have you been trying new techniques? could it be the stress from the new bus?

You are quite likely waking up from your deepest phase of sleep. It's hard to wake up from it, but when alarm or something else wakes you up, it feels just like that.

Yep, you're waking up in deep sleep, this happens to me. I also feel like death for a good 20-90 minutes if I wake up from deep sleep.
Coincidentally, I'm just about to post a review thread for a sleep app, which I found 2 days ago and I think would help you greatly.

Could be low blood sugar, since you just slept and have not eaten anything yet. Change your eating habits recently at all? Or it could be the amount of sleep you get, has that changed recently?

My eating habits haven't changed at all. But the amount of sleep did. Usually I would sleep 11-12 hours every night and now about 7-8 hours
