Question How to stop waking up early?

Since the beginning of the summer vacation I wake up at 6 AM almost every day. This is because during school days I was waking up around 6 AM, but now I don't want to wake up that early. How to start waking up later? It makes me very tired and I can't remember my dreams.

I had the same problem a few days ago. Just stay up late a few nights to reset your internal alarm clock and things should be fine.

Light may be an issue in the summer. Try making your room darker with blackout curtains or something along those lines. I had to do this personally and I'm getting WAY more sleep now. I was even having problems in the middle of the night with ridiculous light pollution making my room fairly bright. Ideally, your room should be pitch black.

If you are very tired, consider supplementing sleep with afternoon naps if that is an option.

lol. This is kinda strange for me because I like waking up early. Lately I've been getting up late, and I'm still tired.

Anyways, my tip to not wake up early is to make sure your bed is comfy, I know it seems strange but It should work.

For waking up late and still tired: exercise helped me with that.

Just go back to sleep if you wake up early.

I've had great success with wearing my winter hat to sleep, just pull it over the eyes. Also it's great for my hairdo.
