100 views and still no one can help me?
I did it again today, only smoked one time during the day, about 5hours before sleeping. It was much harder to go to sleep this time, than yesterday.. which is funny since i smoked the same amount as the day before and at the same time (8pm), only had 2 coffees and the last one was at 5pm. My guess is that somehow, i have less cannabinoids in my system and my body is readjusting.
After i fell asleep, i was sound asleep until early morning, which was when i started to have a lighter sleep ( i always sleep with my curtain windows open so i awoke with daylight, don't know if this is good..), and my alarm went off at 7.30am and 8.30am.
Before 7.30am i was having a dream which i recalled when the alarm sounded and i was able to get back to it once i resumed sleeping. The same happened at 8.30am. I woke up at 9am.
Right now, i have almost no recollection of the dream (i have to start my dream journal since it seems from the answers in the forum it is not only a LD aid but more a LD requisit) but what i find interesting about this night is the fact that i was somewhat aware of being on a dream, especially after i woke up the first time, but i could not enter my dream in the 1st person, but i felt closer than yesterday.
I also have been wondering about doing a week with no alcohol, coffee, sweets and MJ and see how it affects my overall daily life and my dream patterns. Has anyone tried this?
I don't drink more than 1-2 glasses of wine at meals and the occasional beer since it is summer, coffe only in the morning and after lunch and sweets i pretty much cut alltogether. Apart from alcohol i always had trouble controling myself, when i was a kid i overindulged my sweets and sugary beverages and in college i tend to drink a lot of coffee, so this new self-control is very positive for me.
Any dreamers share the same concerns as i do?
