Lately (past week or two) when I go to bed, I'll be tired and stuff but I won't fall asleep for 2-3 hours. Is there anything I can do before I go to bed to make it so I sleep faster? |

You could just be stuck in a bad sleeping pattern. Sometimes I'll get into a rut where for a week or two I'll be unable to fall asleep anytime before 3-4am even when I feel tired beforehand. Try waking up at the same time every morning (suffering through some tired days). You should find yourself going to sleep earlier incrementally. |
