I looked around and couldn't find anything on Napping wilds. I'm just wondering how they work exactly and if anything is different then a normal wild |

The technique is exactly the same, though during a nap you generally don't to the WBTB coupled with the WILD because there isn't enough time to sleep and then get up. |

I wonder if you'd still get restorative sleep if you WILD during a nap. I usually nap for 20 minute after lunch, but I need that sleep by then. |

I was mainly wondering how it works, since i know you need to have a rem cycle going to wild at night which is why you sleep and wbtb. But i was just wondering how come you don't have to wbtb for a wild for a nap. It just didn't make too much sense to me. |

When you go for a nap in the afternoon, you go right into a REM cycle. |

I was about to make a thread on this myself - how many people actually have consistent success with WILDing during afternoon naps? It seems that I never really fall asleep very quickly the couple of times I've tried. It feels pretty much like trying to WILD at bedtime, to tell the truth, which most people seem to agree doesn't work too well. What's your all's experience? |
