I can't WILD!! I tried it today at about 4 P.M. I wanted to take a nap but after 45 minutes of lying in my bed (completely relaxed) I still didn't fall asleep. I felt my toes tingle for a sec or 4 every 10-15 minutes and I heard some weird noises that seemed to have effect on my visualisation with my eyes closed (the random colours and shapes you see when you close your eyes got a lot darker and more intense).

I didn't fall asleep or something, though I was completely relaxed. I wasn't in a hurry or worried about something. When my dog tried to open the door (and succeeded) I gave up.

I also felt like I was falling for a sec or 2 once after about 30 minutes I guess, but that's it.
