Hi Klenoa, |
|
When I try to wild I get to the point where I feel like I'm in the middle of no where and my muscles twitch slightly. My heart starts beating really quick and my eyelids have a sort of twitchy fit. They flutter like I'm battling to keep them closed but I'm not doing anything. I relaxed the twitches for a second before but all the feelings still go away. How do I let the sp run it's course? |

I try to wild before falling asleep. And thanks |
|
Well trying to wild before a wbtb is incredibly hard. I would highly suggest trying to sleep for several hours. But a couple ways to wake up is to drink something before bed. Enough where you'll know you'll need to go to bathroom later. Or try having a light on, on the opposite side of the normal way you fall asleep. I've used this idea before. Basically at night when you toss and turn, you'll see that through your closed eyes and wake up. It wakes you up right after a rem cycle since a little light normally won't wake you up. |

Peter piper picked your pecker.... wait that's not right.
Hey, glad I could give some helpful advice! |

I have an mp3 when is the best time to use it? |
|
The best time is during an REM period of sleep. You can use this chart as a rough guideline to what time, It varies from person to person but usually 4 1/2 - 7 hours into sleep can be successful. |

Thanks for the help guys |

i Have these binaural beats when is the best time to use them |
|
I have never used binaural beats before but I'd guess it depends on what you're using them for. I heard some people listen to them after WBTB during a WILD attempt to go subconscious faster. But people also use them to help them fall asleep by listening just before bedtime if you want to fall asleep quickly for a MILD etc. I might try experimenting with both ideas it sounds pretty cool! |

I did it! *yay* i wasn't fully conscious the first half but it's a start. Binaural beats are so relaxing. Good luck xLuCaNe |

I didn't use a binaural beat since I konked out at like 10 o'clock. I usually listen to them on YouTube for a few minutes to relax just before bed. So I go to sleep and I my alarm wakes me up at 6 am. I had to move a bit to turn it off but I was still out of it. I lay back down and.. I guess I was aware when I fell asleep but it was really fuzzy like I was but I can't remember anything up until my dream started. I do remember thinking about things and ten the dream faded into view. Like I said, I wasn't really conscious. More like i was watching it. Then for the last 5 minutes or so I woke up a bit in my mind and I could feel and hear and everything. That's when I took control of my body in the dream. I didn't think about changing the scene or anything ^^. I'll try again tomorrow. Wish me luck |
