      I find it easier to wild when...How about you?

      I find it easier to wild when i go to bed at around 9:30 or 10:30, because when i go to bed that early, i wake up around 3 or 4 am and i can wild easier and most of the time when i wild at that time i can reach sp and enter a dream. What time do you go to bed and when do you find it easier to wild? I also find it easier to wild when i'm really sleepy as well.

      Well I know it doesn't work half as well when I stay up late and get little sleep. That's why school days are good for me, I force myself to go to bed earlier. I'm still struggling to get into Sleep Paralysis though, any tips on staying awake and for how long? I've had little success.

      Haha, I've been doing the same thing topten. Except I haven't really been able to focus enough to go into SP. Maybe I'll try it today though
