Thread: Several Attempts, No Success...

So I've attempted to do several WILDs in the past few weeks.

The first on was the most successful, I became paralyzed, saw the hypogognic (however you spell that) imagery, and then I could begin to see my room through my eyelids. I can't explain what happened next. I just woke up with no real explanation.

I've tried 4 times since then, with no more success then just feeling numb. I just now lied completely motionless for 45 minutes with nothing but a dull heavy feeling.

What am I doing wrong??

I get comfy in my bed, flex and relax, count on the inhale, repeat "i'm dreaming" on the exhale, and remain completely still.

I notice my eyelids twitching, but I'm not controlling that so I don't think that's what's keeping me from attaining paralysis.
